Yes! Before uploading, you can easily organize your gallery into categories using our quick templates (e.g., Bride, Groom, Reception, Candid, Traditional). Your clients will see these separate folders during selection.

Once the client submits their selections, you simply open the Smart Match tool and drag-and-drop your folder containing the original high-resolution files. The system instantly matches the client's choices against your local files.

Yes! Once Smart Match identifies the selected original files, simply click the 'Copy to System' button. It will automatically copy and save the files onto your PC, perfectly preserving the exact category folders (like Bride, Groom, etc.) you created! This completely eliminates manual sorting.

After 30 days, your clients will no longer have access to the gallery. However, we do not delete your files immediately. They are kept safely in our system during a 15-day grace period.

Yes! During the 15-day grace period, you can easily renew the gallery from your dashboard. We offer flexible options to extend it for an additional 15 days or 30 days as needed.

If the gallery is not renewed after the 30 days + 15 days grace period, the gallery files are permanently deleted. But don't worry—we will automatically email you a CSV file containing all the selected photo names before deletion.

Yes! Even after a client formally submits their selection (which immediately locks the gallery into preview mode), you can effortlessly reactivate the selection process from your studio dashboard at any time.
